FNB Forex release my money!!!

I received a forex transaction on the 25th of September and FNB froze my account asking i instruct the sender to amend the instruction for the transaction. The sender has since done that via their bank and sent through the amended instruction. I even emailed the FNB forex department the amended instruction yet they won't release my money.

I used to believe FNB was the best bank in SA but not anymore, they take you for granted making you feel they are doing you a favor, i don't have any loans nor overdrafts with them and i don'y intend to.

All i want is for them to release my money, i have overdue bills to pay!!
