Fnb FOREX REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!

This is the 2nd time iv tried doing a payment overseas and the recipient has not received it. I have to pay charges to send the money and they have not reimbursed me for that the first time. I want my money back with my charges. This is absolutely ridiculous. My ID is ***.thejal padayachee. Forex refund my money with my charges because the money did Not go through!!!
