FNB FOREX POOR SERVICE AND QUESTIONS MY INTEGRITY

Poor Service form FNB forex. First, I complete a payment my APP. As I load it the app goes down. Two days later I still dont have the money in my account. Then I complain. Person requests IT to help out.

Technician says it settled. It settled because I phoned the consultant and wasted 1 hour of my time explaining the situation. The consultant had to manually make the forex transfer into my account as it got stuck in the Nether World.

I lost two days of interest and management time.

But more importantly the technician **** and questioned my integrity.

GREAT (note the sarcasm) customer service.
