FNB Forex - poor customer service

I called FNB Forex to pay for my overseas vacation and I was assisted by this very rude lady by the name of Daleen Groom. She was cold & spoke with an abrupt tone. She choose to be very cheeky with me. I am unsure if she's unhappy with her job or a race issue. This woman should be disciplined for her bad service seeing that the youth in this country are in dire need of employment.
