FNB FOREX PAYMNET

Hello Peter,

I am expecting a payment from Russia and I received a call yesterday 1st June 2021 from Mr Moleleki a business manager from FNB that he wants to discuss the payment to my account from Russia and that I should call him back today 2 June 2021 on *** ?

I have been calling Mr Moleleki on *** and nobody is picking up the phone and I also tried calling FNB FOREX to find out what is happening with the payment and nobody is picking on the phone as well.

I am very disappointed with the way FNB is treating their customers . They are behaving like they are the only bank in the world. Please, they should get back to me as soon as possible and tell me what is happening with the payment and I think I will stop using FNB because I am very disappointed with the way they are treating their customers.
