FNB Forex pathetic!

I have received my funds from the UK on 30 April 2025, but Im struggling with forex department they are absolutely useless. They all pass the buck I am a private client but gets treated like ****. Nobody care to resolve anything, i have never dealth with such poor client service. I pay so much as a private client for what?
