FNB Forex- PATHETIC!!!

<p>I received roreign exchange, as I do on a regular basis, as I work out of SA. The past 2 years my money got deposited into my bank. This month however, FNB has decided for no apparent reason, to handle this transaction "manually", whatever that might mean.</p> <p>I have been asking for a week for a reason, but nobody is answering me. I still do not have any money in my account a week later. I have explained the situation, and my current situation numerous times, but no luck there. I have reported complaints to FNB, but nobody has got back to me there. Everyday the little time that I have I spend emailing FNB, and reporting complaints instead of chatting to my family. As if working away from home to support them is not difficult and challenging enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic!! I would strongly advise anybody in a high income bracket, anybody working out of the country or shifts, anybody earning foreign exchange, to think twice about using FNB</p>
