FNB Forex online order

I ordered my forex via FNB online option. After ordering the euros, I had to scan a copy of my eticket as well as a copy of my passport. Both uploads were successful. So now my questions are as follows:

1. If my passport and eticket were successfully uploaded, why did I have to present it to the tellers this morning at Bayside Mall to collect my forex? Is that besides the point of having an online ordering system? I am all for positive identification but surely your ID would suffice as I have already uploaded my passport and e-ticket.

2. Why was there no email/call/sms saying that without a copy of my passport nor eticket, I would not be able to collect the forex that I ordered? If that was the case, I would have gone prepared with what was needed even though I had already uploaded the required docs.

So end of the story I did not get my forex. And now I have to print out the e-ticket and passport (although I had already uploaded it onto your system), stand in a long queue again and hopefully now they will release my forex!
