FNB Forex not reacting on an escalated case
Can the forex department please call me, they should have done so within the 48 hour turnaround time which expired Friday 12:00. The branch in Newton Park was extremely helpful, but they can only do as much as they can. FNB forex are costing me money. Unacceptable.

30 Mar 2021, 12:31FNB I had it. Yesterday someone from FNB forex called me as I entered a call me back on the website. I asked that he calls me later as I was driving. He said he will call me at 14:00. Guess what. Pathetic is not even worth it. Sorry, but this is getting out of hand now. I reserve the right to share this disgrace with media concerned with the SA financial sector. If you don't resolve the matter by contacting me, I will lay an official complaint at the ombud for financial services.
