FNB Forex -No sevice

FNB Forex another nightmare . Person dealing with my Forex payment does not reply to my emails . When I call the Forex division , I get told that they can't put me directly in touch with the person dealing with my Forex payment . When I ask to speak to a supervisor or someone higher , they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then tell me that the supervisor can't be contacted . I have the names of both of them . Not sure if I'm allowed to post it here ?
