FNB FOREX No Communication

Forex is completely useless. Weeks to try and find funds and given conflicting information. I email several times with all documents to *** and automatic reply says FNB will be on contact with me in 24 hours. The last one was a week ago, not one person has contacted me. As usual appalling service to be expected from FNB. How can it take weeks to get a response out of FNB? Completely ridiculous, FNB doesn't care about its customers.
