FNB FOREX LIES

I am disgusted with the service from FNB Forex from FNB Last Tuesday with the collection dates scheduled for the 28th. I emailed the forex team, and they assured me that the forex will be available for collection. I get to the bank only to find out they don't have HKD available. I was told to come a week later to collect, and they may or may not have it. Forex doesn't reply to my mails no apology no plan of action to sort my issue out
