FNB FOREX LACKS CARE

I have a Forex refund from FNB which is due to be, I had two and one was paid out in November last year. I dealt with a consultant called Sizwe Makhoba who helped get the first one. He has stopped responding to my emails. I have sent more than 10 emails since November last year asking for help and the emails are being ignored. I went to the branch and they told me he still works at forex and they have no idea why he simply went cold. I was advised to email *** as well as ***. I have done that all of January and I am not getting any response from FNB. If I email, go to the branch, the lady at the branch gets me on the call with forex and I'm told to email and there are no responses. Where do I get help if both both and emails are not assisting me? Its frustrating, I have been asking for help since November last year, it's almost the end of January 2026.
