FNB Forex issue: 3 complaint emails - no reply.

I've transferred funds from Hong Kong to my FNB account twice, respectively 30Oct and 5Nov.
There was some issues with the release of some of the funds and there was a different protocol followed for the 2 transfers.
I obviously had some question. I've called the Forex call centre twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes plus, each time, without coming back to me.

Then emailed FNB forex and the FNB online complaint site.
No reply.
After 3 days email and submitted another complaint.
No reply from FNB again.
For a third I've emailed them and submitted a complaint, but for the third time no reply.

So after 2 call centre calls, 3 emails to FNB forex and 3 online submissions on the complaints website - absolutely no reply.

My 2 previous references:
BHOUKYWV - 9 November
KCATUYF - 12 November

This is taking me 20 days already to solve this problem. With the time critical nature of FOREX, it is just totally unacceptable.

I am currently overseas, so my preferred method of contact is via email.
Andre
