FNB FOREX IS USELESS!

FNB Forex is the absolute epitome of incompetence! I needed advise regarding emigrating and still wanting to have a South African account. I called their FOREX division and after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer the person says they do not know and will transfer me to the Non-residence department. Another 20 minutes goes by on hold and the next guy is more clueless than the first. He doesn't know if i should keep my current cheque account or if i should get this non-resident account. He doesn't know the difference between the two, he is mumbling through everything, clearly has no idea. H e then now wants to transfer to me some other department. This is now 45 minutes into a call.

Waste of time and money calling these people!
