FNB Forex is useless

I just want to say that FNB is the worst on Forex and Private banking. I can never get ahold of FNB Forex I made a payment over zoom from America to my dollar account but the money never showed on my account FNB maybe stole the money because Paypal and zoom said it is successful. Then also on my other review I complaint about my banker and me getting money to my Global dollar account but i haven't got a response from forex with a solution. and also secure chat the people that help you there can never help you and are useless. and hopefully FNB actually come back to me on this matter and not just leave like the other review that I never got an answer.
