FNB Forex is the worst platform for international payments that I have ever used!

FNB is claiming an unknown issue regarding Forex transaction, A large sum of money is just missing from my account despite Wise saying it was send and I approved the Forex Receipt, and now they tell me they have gone offline for the weekend and will look into it on Monday! Shocking service, I will be changing banks on Monday.
