FNB Forex is the worst.

First National bank has been my bank for a few years now and I am HIGHLY disappointed. Firstly. No one seem to be able to connect my Paypal to my Account which was done before and worked, then mysteriously stopped. My Main Concern though is that I returned from an overseas trip and wanted to put forex straight into my account. This is the second time I have tried. The first time gave an error. This time around said that my personal info needed to be updated. After going to a teller and updating everything I could. STILL no success with the same error. Not even the Forex Lady could tell me why it would not go through. We then tried to do it through my wife's account which I have done before with success Only to get told now she cant do it because the system has changed and because she has a joint account, Not considering that this has been her bank for 40 years+. Finally we did it manually and I was told it would be sorted in 1 to 2 days. At the END of the 2nd day It was dinally done only because the Forex Lady pushed and pushed them to get it done for me. The ONLY lady worth her salt in FNB was the forex lady Divodia Mitchell. She deserves a bonus, pay rise and Promotion because she was the only one willing to help her customer. Divodia - a BIG THANK YOU. The rest of FNB? I will be travelling again and WILL be trying this 1 last time. If my bank cannot get this problem sorted the last time, get ready to lose a customer because I will then take my forex to a bank that can and will help me.
