FNB Forex is the worse

I did a forex in January and today I saw an amount deducted for no reason I called the call centre they said forex deal can take up to 1 year to complete , they keep transferring me and the call got cut off , how can you still debit me after the transaction is done two months ago?! I have paid the service fee everything, how ridiculous is that !
