I received funds from the US via world remit and they’re with held, for 2 weeks now I have been trying to sort assistance. I emailed them all the necessary information they requested and also instructed them to reverse the funds, which made me go to Norwood branch but to this day no one has helped. The funds were flagged by Constance who is apparently working from home and doesn’t shy to prove that working from home brings out the incompetence they have always been.

FNB is hopeless.
