FNB FOREX IS A NO-GO

FNB BUSINESS FOREX WILL COST YOUR BUSINESS.

I have been a loyal FNB client for many years, I am now forced to change my bank due to unwillingness from FNB to understand urgency in international payments. I have to write to them a week after submitting my Forex payment and still wait for them to release it. In our already difficult market, the last thing I need is a bank to compromise my international relationships.

Every month the same story, same supplier I have been paying for well over two years and same issues even though my paperwork is immaculate!!

They make you feel like they are doing you a favor and typical Friday afternoon replies.

It is a shame that I even have to go to this extreme in hope for some results.
