FNB FOREX is a ****

Please don’t engage with FNB Forex or utilise their FOREX services. The customer care will also not assist you. I’ve made a Globba payment and it has failed to go through. They have not provided me with feedback as to why it failed. Additionally, I did not receive my refund. They had informed me that the turn around time 24 to 48 hours yet it has been almost a week. I’ve been calling and sending emails everyday without any success. FNB must also compensate me for my own money being utilised to rectify this issue. I am appalled and disgusted with the service level received. It also seems like the bank does not train their staff as I have visited a branch in Pretoria to assist. Unfortunately the staff could not assist. I have also noticed that FNB staff does not have proper qualifications hence for the terrible service received.
