FNB Forex is a ****

On the 11 and the 15th Of April I used the FNB app to send moneygram, the recipient is not abale to collect the money, we tried 3 different agents around his area and they all told him that his ID is blocked and cannot collect the money. I informed FNB and Moneygram, and both institutions told me they cannot help me reverse the money. FNB says it's moneygram that needs to reverse the funds, and moneygram says FNB needs to reverse since they are the agents used. I have over R27 000, that needs to be refunded and none of these institutions seem to want to help me get my money back. This is the reason I'm going to take my business and personal accounts to ABSA, i have been using them as an agent for Western union for years now and this has never happened. I made the mistake of listening to the FNB business manager and I could lose R27 000 as a result. Every consultant i have spoken to, keeps telling me they are not equipped to assist, now who the hell is equipped to get me my money back?
