FNB Forex Investigator threatened client

FNB won't release funds because I complained about bad service to ***, after waiting for four days visiting the branch twice, I decided to escalate the issue to *** and I received threatening call that funds will be released after seven days or rejected.

For years I have been receiving international funds via STD Bank I never been disrespected or undermined like this by any financial institution.

I listened to the call record twice thinking I might have said something bad. The question ❓ is how many clients receive this kind of treatment from FNB daily?
