FNB Forex *********** and Clueless!

FNB Business Forex is providing the most shocking service I ever experienced. I have a client of 8 years that did another USD payment from South Sudan. This is the multiple time over 8 years for security equipment. Now the last payment of the 24th August is withheld for more than 2 weeks now. (12th Sept 2022 Now) You can't speak to compliance department and all the *********** people working at Forex can't rectify my issue. I call the whole time just to get pushed to the new one that is more clueless than the next. Sending emails to Masosi, Clint and Ezekiel resolves nothing, never come back to use. We must chase them the whole time. Do not do business with FNB Forex, you will lose customers and your name because of the useless practice!
