FNB Forex horrible business practices and straight out lies

FNB Forex. LIES LIES LIES. I am expecting a normal payment as I often do from Vietnam and the payment was made on 27 September 2022. After two days of not receiving the funds, I decided to give FNB forex a call. At first I was told that no incoming payment has been received and all I have to do is send an email to trace it. I did send an email and heard nothing back so I made a few more phonecalls and was given a different email address to send to. I also did that and up until now no reply. This went on for 2 days of me making constant phone calls and sending emails. On Monday, the same story, I call and no payment can be seen. I sent more emails and made more call. Then came Tuesday, where I made another call and I was advised that they could see the payment and they could have seen it since it was made on the 27th but the funds have not been released by the overseas bank. I then had a fight with my colleagues in Vietnam as they are now to blame for the funds not clearing. Then after I cooled down my Vietnamese colleagues asked that I try and get a tracking request from FNB. By now I am furious and I phone FNB forex again but this time I told them that I will not send another email, nor will I wait for someone to phone me back as by this time I have not received a singe email or phonecall from FNB. So after about 25 minutes on hold, the lady at FNB Ofentse (I am mentioning her name as she helped me a lot) advised that the funds are indeed in and "complience" have not released it and that an email has been sent to the banker who will then send an email to complience and I will be contacted with a reason for the funds not clearing. I refused and insisted to stay on the line to hold for someone of complience. Well after about 50 minutes of holding my phone died with still no answers. I am currently on another call and have been on hold for over 20 minutes as I asked to speak to a banker. I doubt I will get to speak to someone but I am not waiting for another email. This is unacceptable business practice and I want answers FNB. Totally useless.
