FNB Forex has terrible customer service

FNB forex department has really terrible customer service. I sent a message querying an international transfer. I was connect to Roshta. What a rude lady. She sent a “When your money is available, you’ll get it. Enjoy your day” and ended the chat. I’m still shocked.
