FNB Forex has failed me.

I have a problem with Fnb Forex. A lady Luvuno had promised to assist me but she Never did. I had to phone in every day with consultants telling me me she is the one to help they will send her a notification but all in vain.I even send emails with no response. I am very disappointed because these employees take customers for a ride which is very unfair. Every consultant I spoke to promise to help and call me back it Never happened.
