Fnb forex from UK just missing twice because fnb closed my account during lockdown

In December 2019 a friend in England send me pounds to my FNB account which eventually managed to get clear after two weeks only to have a large amount taken off for bank charges. . The next activity on the account was at the end of February 1001 played in prior to which I had to get the account activated again as it was dormant. Then as we all know in March lockdown was announced was level 1 being very strict and restricting eye movements FNB announced that they were not charging bank charges during lockdown so I assumed that my accounts would not become dormant again as I was unable to get out and make a payment into it period. On the 6th of June my friend phoned me and told me that he had just made a payment into my FNB account after I had told him not to use it as I was unsure of its status by the 22nd of June I have still not received notification of this deposits of £20 so I went into the bank to find out only to be told that my account has been closed in February already and they could not tell me the status of the whereabouts of the money they've been deposited he would have to find out from his side the money never reverted back to him. They had told me that it would automatically revert back to his account within four days for banking days. last week Saturday he again just went in on the last account number used on his up and paid in the mount of £30. I went to the bank on Monday and ask them if there was anything they could do to reopen my account and they said absolutely not but I must worry the money would reverse straight back to him within four days so they assisted me in opening another account for him to deposit money into when it reverted back to his account which is still hasn't done 11 days later Yesterday I went back to the bank and spoke to the forest department on the phone they promised to send me an email today of proof that it had reverted back to his account or not and just telling me the status of where though it's not 50 pounds currently is and of course I never heard from them so I'm reverting to Hello Peter to please bring this to fnb's attention and resolve or help me resolve the issue a very unsatisfactory that a month-and-a-half after the initial deposit that money has not revert to him and neither has the money from 12 13 days ago. Which has caused me material lost in the form of accounts that I should have paid with this money
