FNB Forex **********

i did two international payments in April this year and my account has been debited over 5times i called the forex department and they assured the 4th charge was the last one today i got another charge of R350.00 and i immediately called the forex Department and they are saying the charge in correct and they can not re verse the charge...i told them its best i closed my account and they just did not care.. i asked if they could block this but still no one is helping.. i called for hours and still no help...guess closing the account is better than to keep buying airtime and calling pple who charge you every month on bank charges but when you have an enquiry its like you are wasting their time..
