FNB Forex Fleeces Customers

I quoted an Australian customer R380 for a book and the airmail postage charges. She duly paid the amount but FNB Forex charged a total of R295 in administrative commissions.<br> <br> Let me say that again: R295 out of a total amount of R380!<br> <br> In other words, I received R85. I do understand that commission and charges are always involved in Forex. But more than two thirds of the amount?! <br> <br> When I called their service centre, I was told there was no other way to receive foreign revenue, and that I had 'accepted the quote'. <br> <br> These charges are completely out of proportion. Unacceptable.<br>
