FNB Forex Failure - Again!

Once again FNB Forex has shown they do not care about making our business forex payments on time. This has major ramifications on our contractual obligations when our contractors stop work due to non-payment. The payment was submitted a week ago with no feedback or even a quote on the rate since then. This forex payment is a monthly occurrence, we do the online submission with invoices and all required data. Unfortunately, quite a few times already, nothing happens and emails sent to the help/info mail does not help. I feel it is a case of their personnel being too uninterested to do their jobs and provide the service to their clients.
