FNB Forex double charging

I transferred money from my FNB account using Forex. The day I made the transfer a commission of R285 was charged. More than a month later my account was debited with a further R352.15 for commission. How can this be possible that when you make the transfer, they give you the option who's going to pay for the transaction and after making a selection you been charged double
