FNB Forex Department SUCKS, and it's USELESS. Specifically Johan!

We are GATVOL with FNB Forex Department. Our client paid money into our business account and FNB refuses to release it so we can pay our supplier. We are been taken from pillar to post and it is VERY annoying because we have comp**** with all requirements. Now a certain Johan from this department says the money must be returned to the client. What Witchery is this? As soon as this is sorted we are moving to Nedbank because their service is excellent. Freaking annoyed!
