FNB Forex Department not working weekends??

I tried to top up a multi-currency cash passport from FNB while my 16 year old is travelling. I got a “a system error has occured” message. Now the card is not visible at all. I logged a query on the FNB app and told no one can help because the Forex department doesn’t work weekends. I must reach out to them from 8am on Monday. Meantime my son is returning on that day. No escalation, no emergency contacts??? Make it make sense FNB. What the convenience with this Cash Passport????
