FNB FOREX DEPARTMENT IS PATHETIC

The FNB forex department is worse than pathetic. The digital platform looks and feels like it has been developed by a 5 year old. It doesn't allow for any slight anomalies like not having a South African ID. Why not phone them then you ask? Answer: Having sat on hold for ever the phone just goes dead. This has happened at least 20 times.
