FNB FOREX DEPARTMENT

Dear FNB

I am really battling with your Forex Department. I have some money that has been deposited from the USA on the 12 November.

This is for a tax refund, dealing with IRS, due to the current circumstances it is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone in the US.

They requested my FNB Routing number and not swift, the number given to them was *** along with my FNB account number.

Now my biggest problem Is that FNB is requesting a MT103 confirmation number which I do not have and can not obtain.

My question to FNB is what do I do?

Do I loose that money, surely FNB can assist with my complex case. It seems like im just getting auto responses and no one is actually attending to my questions.

Surely someone can check on my account and see if there is any incoming monies on my account.

I would really appreciated a little bit of help on this
