FNB forex department customer service really lacking

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am living overseas and still have an FNB account since I haven't immigrated financially yet.

I have been trying to do a forex transaction the last couple of days, and it cost me to keep phoning FNB's forex department almost daily, with no joy. They keep escalating my request, and I keep having to call them back to find out what's going on.

It seems like this bank just cannot cater for clients who live overseas. Can someone please reach out and help me?
