FNB FOREX DEPARTMENT

I am trying to link my account to Paypal. My card has been declined numerous times. I also tried linking using the online banking platform, but it keeps saying linking is pending. I’m getting frustrated as the Forex department that I was referred to is very difficult to get in touch with and I still haven’t gotten any help.
