FNB Forex Continuously Withholding Funds and Giving Zero Feedback!

HI, I would just like to share the very poor service that I am continuing to experience from FNB Forex. After initially attempting to make a forex payment more than 2 weeks ago and then requesting that it be cancelled, since it was very clear that this payment was not going to be processed, I requested that my funds be returned to me. Since then, I have been given the runaround from FNB stating that this issue was being looked at by the Compliance department, then the Processing department and vice versa. Simply put, my Private Banker, Ezekial Motsepe from FNB Forex and his clients are unable or unwilling to give me any sort of feedback or time-frame for when my funds will be returned to me. As a client of more than 15 years I simply cannot understand this attitude towards service and the lack of feedback. Withholding MY funds for this long, with the continuous expectation of me remaining patient and promising feedback, without ever delivering it, is ridiculous!
