FNB Forex call redicted
I called the fnb forex to enquire about funds im expecting from abroad, my call was redirected to their authorization team and then they redirect my calls further and tell me I’m supposed to call Customer care who also redirected my calls back to the Forex team. This is absolutely wrong.
