FNB Forex & Business Account query

I opened a business account, and made a Forex payment, was charged and asked if it will be shared banking fees, I said shared. This was in September 2014, Now in December I get charged R703.42 for what full banking fees, when I requested shared banking fees, and I was also charged twice in the first instances, wherein somebody messed up the processing within the forex unit, I did not complain about that.
