FNB Forex Beyond Useless

I did transfer on 8 July. In all previous transfers, it takes 2 days to completion, and I receive email confirmation. In this case, it's 4 days down the line, 8 calls to the "helpline" (should be called the unhelpline) and no resolution. Supplier still hasn't been paid. I wish I could give minus stars, but 1 in the minimum allowed. What an absolutely useless bank.
