My son is attending school in the US. I made a payment into his US account last Wednesday 7th September and to date he has not received the money.

He is stuck and can't buy groceries. How can it take almost a week to release and clear a payment. This is unacceptable.

I called on Friday and was promised that the matter will be escalated. I called again today and got the same response.
