FNB Forex Bad Service

Very disappointed with FNB Forex department. Sent money to Brazil, the bank in Brazil didn't accept the transfer. I phoned fnb and confirmed for a reversal of the money. It's been two weeks now. I've sent the money 1 month ago. I've emailed all the fnb people who has been in contact with me regarding the transaction. No one has come back to me. What am I supposed to do now. I'm already in Brazil and don't have access to my money.
