FNB forex bad experience

I have been trying to make contact with a human by the forex department since 20th of June with no result. Email with no reply, call the phone line with no answer. Am I been hostage because I choose to be a customer? This is weird and unfortunate. Someone in the forex department should contact me asap or else I will be forced to explain my unbelievable experience with FNB forex to my thousands of followers on Twitter.
