FNB Forex are confused and useless
Simple transaction: I am buying goods for my business from an overseas supplier and need to make a Forex payment.

Actual transaction: FNB's Forex Application through Internet Banking is cumbersome and reasons for explaining the reason to send funds are ambiguous. No option to select \I am buying goods from overseas".

So I call them and go through the reasons of what I am doing and they update the transaction.

I uploaded the supplier's invoice.

Then they want a document for \""PROOF OF FUNDS INTRODUCED IN SA\"".

What is this???

So I call FNB Forex. Then they are as confused as I am. They don't know what this means - so how am I supposed to know???

Then they tell me that this transaction has been listed as a REFUND to a supplier.

** IS IT REALLY SO DIFFICULT TO MAKE A FOREX PAYMENT??? **

***

FNB FOREX = USELESS!!!!"""
