Fnb forex and secure chat a no go
Forex dept at fnb is hopeless. I sent an enquiry via email and received an automated response from them on 5th October confirming they will get back to me within one business day. Today is the 16th October and I have still had no response from them even though I have sent multiple enquiries via email. I contacted secure chat on my fnb app and was transferred to 4 different agents and still no assistance. I left my bank with whom I did business for over 20years for fnb and this is the service I get?

20 Oct 2021, 12:27No response received. How long does it take for a normal enquiry to forex at fnb? All you receive is automated replies with a reference number that means nothing because when you keep on enquiring with the same reference number fnb forex gives you all you receive is silence.
