Fnb Forex and Exhange Control need training

It’s impossible to sort transaction problems out with FNB Forex Department. And their exchange control department is just as useless. An amount coming into my account was given the incorrect code and needs to be reversed. It seems it’s an impossible thing to get organized. Is it too much to ask, when paying monthly account and service fees, to actually get some service? Going into the branch does not help either as they direct you to a desk with a phone as your “consultant”. Emails are not rep**** to and voice messages (because you can never actually get hold of anyone) are ignored. I wonder if top management have any idea about the incompetence or perhaps they don’t care.
