FNB FOREX, again.

Dear FNB Forex, It's me again, Sithandazile Sibanda. I received another email from FNB PCB Screening. In as much as I understand that cryptocurrency is very sensitive in our country and that FNB tries to be diligent, the process can be very frustrating. I tried to make a foreign payment earlier this week (TRN *** SABRSI2X EUR 5774,06) and was asked to complete a form from PCB. Unfortunately, Mr Annamalay, K, I don't know what is the CORRECT way of completing the form. Your colleagues from the Forex call center believe I did it the right way. So please, for future reference, can someone from PCB Screening teach me how to do it? Because I know I will find my way here AGAIN VERY SOON. By the way, I am a woman, not a Mr. Thank you in advance.
